The city of Karak is famous for its pioneering youth who constantly carry out many interactive activities and festivals, to display handicrafts in various forms, and innovate many new methods of creativity, as they not only consider cereals as a food item, but many educational activities are held, such as the experience of making baskets of cereals.

Cereals are an excellent material for crafts, as it is famous for its different colors and shapes of each variety, so it is used in its original form to create multi-colored baskets, in extreme cases, they are painted in the desired color. They differ in size, some are easily poured as semolina, while others must be eaten separately, for example large grains.

As I mentioned earlier, Cereals have different uses, and one of their uses is to form beautiful and artistic baskets of these Cereals with different shapes, designs and colors as well, due to the multiple colors of them

The experience of making baskets of cereals includes introducing the visitor to the types of cereals used, and the way to form them in a simple way so that each person can make his own basket, in the size and shape that suits his taste.

This experiment is one example of recycling and using the cereals in a new way rather than disposing of them.

The experience ends with serving a tasty lunch containing many different local Jordanian dishes.
