There is nothing more beautiful than expressing love for the homeland by undertaking projects that highlight its aesthetics, the Rummana tourism project, on which a group of Jordanian youths and young women, who believe that the love of the homeland is a worship, it is through their eyes that the world sees our beloved Jordan, and from their passion the land is narrated with love.

The Rummana project is one of the community tourism projects in the city, Bride of the North, Bride of Beauty, and in the Jdita region, the idea of the Rummana tourism project came from Iman Melhem, who is the main responsible for managing the project. 

The experience includes receiving visitors and tourists from all over the world in one of the country houses in the Jedita area to enjoy a unique experience, during which a local traditional meal is prepared with tea with the scent of mint or wild thyme, and then joining a tourist path between green orchards.

The project is based on five active young men and women who were brought up with ambition and they are Maram Wadha, Bilal Al Kasasbeh, Salam and Mohi El-Din Melhem, and like any project, the tasks are divided among those in charge at the beginning, as they perform all the roles. Some of them supervise the reception of tourists with a warm smile. other supervises the provision of the hospitality needs from local markets, and some of them prepare food, and the other participates with the tourists in the tourist path in Al Basateen.

Visitors participate in preparing the breakfast with the project owners, and breakfast consists of taboon bread, pancake bread, pastries and some local products such as tomatoes, labneh, oil, thyme, cheeses and hot tea.

As for lunch, the Makmoura meal is prepared, which is a popular meal in Jordan, especially in the northern governorates, and it consists of dough, onions, sumac, chicken and olive oil.

There is no doubt that the tourist will spend an enjoyable time in a quiet countryside atmosphere, which only hears the sound of birds and the sound of light air crashing into trees, and then he leaves carrying the most beautiful memories.
