Municipal ghee is extracted from goat's milk, and it is well-known in Jordan and abroad for adding a delicious and distinctive taste to many dishes.

Despite the delicious taste of municipal ghee, one of the characteristics of obesity is the high percentage of fat in it, as water and solids are removed from the milk to produce it, so it is recommended to use small quantities of it on food, to avoid heart problems.

Commercial ghee is manufactured and sold in the market at a price slightly lower than the price of municipal ghee, but this product does not substitute for the original municipal obesity, its distinctive taste, and it's delicious aroma that indicate it.

One of the most important characteristics of municipal ghee is that it remains fresh for up to a year, due to the removal of the milk solids from it, and it does not require refrigeration and can be stored at room temperature.
