An example of women's entrepreneurship is the Fatima Al-Zahra Cooperative Society, an association led by a group of local women. The women of the local community work in the productive kitchen inside the headquarters of the association. Municipal thyme and folk food containing municipal oil (and rusks and pickles) are produced with simple and healthy kitchen utensils.
