The path starts from the Barqash forests, which are a nature reserve that is more than hundreds of years old. The Barqash forests are located in the southeast of Koura District in the Irbid Governorate, the bride of the north. The Bargash Forest is characterized by a unique aesthetic character and is considered one of the most rural areas in Jordan, as it includes in its content a picturesque and charming environment of dense forests of oaks and rare and evergreen forest trees, and the age of many of its trees dates back to more than 500 years, and these forests also shelter hundreds of Species of animals. The Bargash forest contains 47 types of forest trees, most notably oak, mallow and maple, which covers the largest areas in the Kingdom.
