In this experience, we will visit the Al-Wa'bah pit, which is a deep hole in the ground with a circular diameter of 3 kilometers and a depth of 380 meters, the largest of its kind in the Middle East. It is located in the city of Taif. The center of the hole is covered with a white, salty layer, and it is believed that the reason for its formation is due to the accumulation of rain water at the bottom of the hole, forming a small shallow lake that does not seep into the ground. Some researchers believe that it was the result of a large volcanic eruption, while others are likely due to a meteorite fall, but there is no evidence for this. When you go down 15 meters from the surface of the earth, there are many palm trees and plants growing on the small water springs. When you come down from the crater you will find few desert grasses and sweat trees that quickly disappear as you head towards the middle of the crater, which is a salty, white floor that is clearly visible from the top of the crater. Then visit Dhi Ain is an ancient village located in Tihama, western Saudi Arabia. It was established in the tenth century AH and is more than 400 years old. The village is built on top of a white mountain and is famous for its cultivation of bananas, lemons, peppers, basil, cannabis and handicrafts. The village includes many houses, consists of two to four stories, a small mosque, and several forts used to defend the village and watch. The village is also among the ten sites approved by the Saudi government in November 2014 to demand UNESCO inclusion in the World Heritage List in the coming years.

First day

The tour starts at 6 am and goes to the crater

Then stop and have breakfast at 8 in the middle of the road

Then reach the hole and then go down to the hole for an hour and enjoy at the bottom of the hole and then climb

Then return to Taif and pass by the pool of Zubaydah, one of the archaeological sites

Then visit the rose farms and rose factories

Then we return to the city center and the historical area and take a tour and visit the honey market

Second day

Start at 6 am and head to Al Baha city

Then eat a popular meal in the middle of the road

Then go on a tour of one of the most important archaeological sites, the village of Dhul-Ain

Then have lunch at Shada Mountain
